Returns & Exchanges

Free Exchanges

Exchanges are always free on full-priced items. Whether it’s sizing or style, we’ll help you find the one that feels just right.

Easy Returns

You have 30 days from the day your order is delivered to return your item for a full refund.

  • Return shipping is a flat rate:
    • $15 for Western USA
    • $20 for Eastern USA

Better Option: Store Credit
If you choose store credit instead of a refund, we’ll cover the return shipping fee — so you can try something new, risk-free.


A Few Important Details

Please allow up to 12 business days for your return to be received and processed.
Returns sent after the 30-day window will not be accepted or processed.


Does Your Item Qualify for a Return?

We happily accept returns or exchanges when items are:

  • In new, unworn condition
  • With the original tags attached and in original packaging
  • Unwashed, unaltered, and not worn
  • Sent back within the 30-day return window
  • Not being returned or exchanged for a second time

Items marked as FINAL SALE are not eligible for return or exchange.

Returns that do not meet these conditions will not be accepted.


Gift Cards

E-Gift Cards and In-Store Gift Cards are final sale and cannot be returned.
The good news — they never expire, so you can use them anytime.


Price Adjustments

We’re happy to offer a price adjustment in the form of store credit on full-priced items within 7 days of purchase.

Items purchased on sale or with a promotion are not eligible for further adjustments.


How to Start a Return or Exchange

We’ve made the process simple:

Email us at info@poplinandco.com to request a pre-paid return label (just include your order number and reason for return).

Once approved:

  1. Attach the pre-paid label to your package
  2. Securely pack your item(s) in the original mailing bag
  3. Drop it off at your nearest USPS location
  4. Email us your tracking number so we can keep an eye on your return and assist if needed

You’ll be able to track your return shipment, and tracking will typically update within 3 business days after drop-off.


After We Receive Your Return

Once your return is received and processed (within up to 12 business days):

  • Your refund will be issued to your original form of payment, or
  • Store credit will be applied (if selected)

Please note:

  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable

You’ll receive an email confirmation as soon as your return has been processed.
